Hi, I have ICICI savings account and taken ICICI personal loan. I have been submitting all the EMIs on time by cheques. But still ICICI is showing 29000 rupees due and have locked my saving account without prior information. I am unable to withdraw amount, cant even do online transactions. Please help me to sort out this issue. ICICI is not at all helpful.. there employess talk roudly, they dont have any details n still argue with customers, i have all the proofs of EMI payments.
