after i gave my debit credit card No., I found out there is extra charge for about $80 monthly, can someone help me to stop it? i've rang them NO., but i doesn't work, said is not on the trading hour, but the trading hour on the contact is Mon-Fri 8am to 9Pm, what a joke? the operator said is not on the trading hour...
