Applied for a new landline on Oct 6, 09. Given SR No. 7393913. Promised SLA time of 48 hrs to receive call with feasibility study for landline in my office premises whic is in the heart of Secunderabad(Sardar Patel Road). Did not receive a single call till today from them 16-10-09. Called back every alternate day from the time of application.
