I am very disgusted with this company. They are running some kind of scam. In early December I received a text message from a friend telling me to call a number. When I did so, it was a joke message that went on and on about how to keep an idiot entertained. Very funny. When I got to the end it requested that Sprint customers should press 1. When I did so, I was quickly told that I was being charged for some erroneous service. I was furious. TD Bank is the absolute worse bank around. They talk about their customer service, yet they have terrible customer service. They incorrectly charged me $210 in overdraft fees even though I had funds in my account to cover my transactions. I called, asking what in the world the $210 was for and that is when I was told it was for overdraft protection. I was so upset and did not understand why they were charging me for overdraft protection when I had the funds in my account to cover my transactions.
