I used to be contracted to Orange.es for ADSL in Spain for three years with no problems. I had to change my fixed landline number due to a injunction report for personal reasons. Orange in Spain made me cancel my current service (which they charged me for) as they couldn't just change the telephone number for the same line and re register. I have now re-registered back in August and received a new router and package on the 1st September.
