They have withdrawn £300 from our credit card without authorisation. There is no explanation for what it is for. We have an invoice saying that we have paid more than is due, yet they are now refusing to refund it. They have given us the run around for 2 weeks, and given us a multitude of excuses. Ranging from we owe them money, to we agreed that amount(we have no reference and there are records of what the amount is for)When we send them the receipt of what is owed they then deny receiving it, they also say they have no record of them owing money yet they have sent us an email to this effect. read full review »
