I am disturbed that every year I try to download my Norton update it never works. Then when I try to solve the problem I am either given answers that are unhelpful (through the chat room) or am unable to email or obtain a phone number without having to jump through numerous hoops. The frustration of obtaining satisfactory customer service is immeasurable. I think the product is fine, but I absolutely hate dealing with the company. I am currently searching for other security and anti-virus programs that have quality customer service. I hope to be able to discontinue Norton's products. read full review »
