When your 18 month contract runs out they will sign you up automatically for another 18 month without even asking you. not only that but when I enquired about an upgrade on my existing phone they told me because i had recently already renewed my contract it would be £100 quid, all because i didnt phone them until a week AFTER my previous contract ended, a contract which they renewed without my permission! not only that, but do not ever under any circumstances let them put you on hold, 1hour initial hold to get through to the... read full review »
