I checked in to your hotel at 12:41pm. I walked up to building and noticed all the empty rooms doors were wide open. After getting the key to my room, I went to my room only to discover that carpet had a bad smell. I quickly went back to the office and requested for another room that did not have an odor. I waited about 10 minutes to get a clean room. I went to a room upstairs on the right hand side next to the stairs. That room’s carpet smelled as well.
