Acai Berry Tropic is a scam. Keep far away from them. I ordered my product on 9/22/09 and as of 10/14/09 I had not receieved anything. In between that time frame I tried numerous times to contact there customer sercvice but I could never get through. This might be becasue they think if get tired of holding long enough you will hang up.
