We have doing what ever they expect for payments. We made our payments on time. They were not documented as on time. Every time we made payment arrangements with them, they did not document so that the next collector would know what they had previoiusly done. We get several calls every day by several different people. We have never had the same account Rep. We are now fighting to keep our vehicle from getting repossessed and it is not all our fault.
