In February of 2009 we attended a vacation package (timeshare) presentation at the Royal Villas Resort in Mazatlan, Mexico ( " BIG MISTAKE " ). During the course of the presentation which lasted approx. 2 hours we stated numerous times that our vacation period was in the month of Febreary, preferably the later two weeks.
