To Whom It May Concern: I have a complaint against Mariachi Uno c/o Julio Riojas who is the leader of the Mariachi group… on December 13, 2008… I signed an agreement with Julio Riojas for them to perform at my son wedding on September 19, 2009 and gave him a deposit for 100.00 dollars.
