BRAI is Real Estate Organization in Bangalore, India. BRAI is affiliated to NAR, USA. I was a tenant to one of the BRAI member (BRAI member id is IC-74-08). When I checked-in, I was asked to pay a refundable deposit amount of Rs 30, 000/-. After staying there for more than 6 months when I checked-out and and asked to return the deposit money, the Land Lord assured me to return it in next 6 months.
