I ordered a book from amazon - thermite the dealer - September 1st - have never received the merhandise...they sent a notice saying they were shipping - never came - then I received a notice saying the post office returned it - and they wanted the correct address - I sent it - STILLLLLLLLL don't have the merchandise - I WANT a FULL REFUND -but don't know how to notify these idiots...soooooooo frustrated!!! read full review »
