Ref : my mobile no.9861351495 any message from my number is not reaching destination and is displayed pending, message sending failed.Alas! amount deducting as soon as the sending button pressed.Customer care executives tips are not coming in my way.Why a service provider of a repute can charge for sms while messages are pending? ref : my subscriber id no.200649601730 sub : complaint against customer care Whenever I start calling to ur toll free no.18002009001, my reliance smart cell no.09861351495 displays 'number not in use'.Fed up with this several days, tried on airtel mobile, I could hear only computerised voice which forwarded to you customer care executive.After some waiting the ring stopped and disconnected.So much so that I could recharge voucher from bsnl mobile of a friend.
