On Saturday the 17th of October NTL/UPC came out to fix my neighbours pipe. He took the lid off a man hole and 'tagged' a wire as he called it and as a major coincidence my pipe went. My partner confronted him and told him he had knocked off our telly. The reply 'no I didn't do that'. My partner rang NTL 3 times as was told that no there was an error in connection and we'd have to wait until the 20th before they could come out and fix the problem.
