Hi all, I am 36 years old Indian citizen from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and this is my WORST EVER experience with an Indian company. I have an IFB Elena model washing machine which was purchased around 3 years back. Last year, the machine had some problem. The motor was rotating and the cloths were not moving. The output was an unclean wash.
