I signed up for membership for the Dazzle white smile pro risk free trail. I recieved that trail a week ago, but the return shipping address was not included. I went back onto the site to find out what the return address was and i could not find it. I spoke to several different people on there live chat who say they werent authorised to give that information out via the web, so then i asked for a contact number.
