Ordered two pairs of Cardi Ugg boots. Wrong boots delivered. I returned wrong order to the supplier and was told that I would be reimbursed for any costs and that correct order would be sent to me. I have received absolutely nothing! I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent to them. Parcelforce have confirmed the boots were delivered to them.
