My girlfriend pays an extra eighty dollars a year to chase visa(united mileage plus) to have a companion flight voucher sent to her once a year. Basically, when you buy an airline ticket, this voucher allows you to book another ticket on the same flight for a friend for "free". However, chase has stated that they have already sent the voucher and refuse to send another one. Is anybody else running into this problem? If so, would you please email me?
