I have a complaint against a company called Book In Hotels. I made a reservation with them for a hotel in Memphis through the internet back in June. We were unable to travel due to illness. I contacted them straight away when I knew we could not travel and cancelled the booking in July. bookinhotels.com promised a refund within 15 days. I am still waiting for the refund. I am constantly emailing them but no emails are returned. I have faxed and also tried ringing them but no reply. Is there anyone, a council or complaint board that I can... read full review »
