My husband and I bought a furniture package for our apartment in Sal, Cape Verde from MRI back in September 2008. Also friends of ours have had the misfortune to do the same. They hounded us with phone calls advising us to buy from them and not from Tecnicil who are the developers of the apartment we bought. Now it seems Tecnicil will not allow us to join their rental programme because we have not bought from them. But apart from that we are not very hopeful of ever getting this furniture package which by the way cost us around 20, 000 euro... read full review »
