I was admittedly in a hurry to purchase a combined three agency credit report since we were thinking about refinancing our mortgage. I never realized I was also enrolling in a trial credit watch program with Trans Union and billed monthly by CreditReport.com. When I called I was told by a person who was very versed at handling this sort of complaint. He immediately went to the fact that when I clicked on "I agree with the terms and conditions" that I was also signing up for a monthly enrollment.
