I sent an email to Bayport Cellular on 05 October 2009 lodging a complaint about their FAKE Handset (AG BOMBSHELL). The same day a woman called me from Bayport Cellular that they are very sorry about the handset, they will send a Courier Services to come and collect the handset, and they will cancel the contract and re-subscribe me for another handset which meets my requirements.
