Dear Sir/Madam, I had reserved a ticket from mysore to bangalore on 19th oct 2009 on train no 213/ triupati passenger, through internet bookings and have confiremd seats in s3 coach, to my horrow on the day journey i found out that the enitre comparement was full wiht people wiht unreserved tickets, insipte of request people did not move from my seat. Finally since i had reach bangalore i did not have time to take the issues with concnerned authoriy i had pay extra and take a seat in First class .
