A "free" trial has cost me about 190.00. After debiting my account twice, I have finally managed to cancel my account. I was supposed to receive e-mail verification of the request for a refudn...however, I have received NOTHING. Not a trial, not a product, no e-mail...zip. I am currently on hold on two lines in my home with the company...one phone is on 2 hours and 17 minutes, the other is on 1 hour. Apparently, the company only has one supervisor by the name of Mary Ann Parker...I am certain I will probably have to kiss my money goodbye..but I am not going down without a fight!
