I ordered an in-car charger from M99.co.uk on 10 Jan, to be delivered to my house in France. I specifically stated that it was for a Dell Inspiron 8200 laptop, their site indicated that they could supply. It arrived some 10 days later, no adaptor for Dell, so useless! I tried e-mailing, automated reply referring to their website. I filled in their claim form, but it would not send. I FAXED them, no reply. I phoned them, 0870 number, not available from France.
