Applied for a free sample, you had to phone within 14 days if you did not want to continue, you had to enter your card details for the free trial, but the terms and condition clearly state they this can be cancelled within 14 days - phoned and amazingly got through - they did not cancel the charge and have been charging £5, 86 a month but the payee changes every month.
