So it happened this morning. No paper delivery. Its happened before I call and they send me my paper. No Problem .. But today was a whole lot different. I called at 7am to complain about no delivery, no problem we will have a copy there by 7:30.. So at 9:30 I called and talked to the customer service department and she explained that they were sorry and that a copy would be there in about 2 hours..
