I have subscribed to Cosmo for a couple of months now, but noticed that I did not receive my current month's magazine. I went online to check my account and noticed that someone had gone onto my account and changed the name and mailing address without my consent. I called a customer service number, and had my information changed back. I was told that I would not receive the magazine for the current month, but she would extend my subscription by one month to compensate. I think that is great.
