I bought toyota corolla S 2009 rebuilt and my friend also bought same year corolla S rebuilt. He took his car to toyota dealer and they did that for free because it was RECALL and he told me that you should make a appointment when i called them she asked for VIN# i gave she booked me for recall service when i went their lady goes OH your car is rebuilt so we can't do that. I don't know whats difference i am paying same insurance ICBC inspecters passed to be on road now its toyota's problem and these guys saying we don't want to do that.
