A few days ago I received from Ebay in my Ebay inbox on their site a coupon for 10% off any purchase made before November 30th, 2008. Today I found an item I was interested in buying and checked to see if the coupon was still in my inbox on the Ebay site. It was still there and was still valid. I went ahead with the purchase only because I thought I was getting a 10% off coupon applied to the price of the item.
