I paid Kitchen Italia £4200 for a new kitchen to be supplied and fitted in my home in February 2009. A further £1100 was to be paid to the fitters upon completion of the 3 day installation. I had two separate visits prior to delivery, one from a 'designer' and then another from a 'surveyor' both of whom were unqualified and lied to me about what they were promising for my money.
