We have lodged a complaint for Tender LTW 60 model on Jun 14, 2009. After that the LTW card (without which you can't send spares) has been issued to us & the same has been conveyed to your Service Centre in Dehradun (Mr Sudhir). As per him the spares have been demanded & till date, he received the Motor part only & he is waiting for the PCB card to reach him. thenm only he can attend the call.
