We went into cricket and got a cricket broadband modem which came with a $50 rebate. We recieved a printout of our account number, phone, etc everything we were needing to fill out the rebate form and send it out. That night we filled it out and put it in the mail. A few weeks later we get a letter in the mail saying that our rebate was declined because they had already recieved a rebate request for the esn and account number for another offer.
