Typically, I enjoy spending the evening at Applebees. The food is usually good, and the prices reasonable. Tonight, however, I must say I am strongly disappointed in the quality of service by one employee in particular at the Hackensack, NJ restaurant. The heavy-set bartender seemed quite ornery to begin with. I assumed she'd had a long day and proceeded to be polite with her. The night went south from there.
