I bought directlty from Carrier Egypt at the highest price to get the best service. 2 main problems: First, the a/c is sold as 5 HP, meaning 40, ooo btu. In fact, it's 36, 000 btu only, equivalent to 4.5 hP only Second, I had a terrible experience in installation as the choice made by the sales engineer was later refused by a first technician then a second one came and accepted the first location. None of them had the necessary connections / equipment. I had a full weak of delay and 3 visits and tens of phone calls to set appointments. It was a lousy experience read full review »
