I am so sick of hearing about Maurice Sendak and Where the Wild things Are as an example of how wonderful he is regarding children.Our experience was completely different.When my granddaughter died of leukemia her mother wrote a book of Phots showing the things that a child with leukemia experienced.It was written for childen to know that other children went through the same experiences and to make it less scary.My daughter asked permission to include pictures from "Little Bear" since it was her favorite book and beloved by young... read full review »
