I ordered acai berry tropic free trial. I received the product and decided not to use it and returned it the same day. I had already canceled prior to receiving the product by phone and was told it would not even be shipped and received it any way. My ID number is 5682361. The number I was given to put on the return envelope was 19850 and then when I received my credit card bill on 10/6/09 there was an $88.64 charge.
