Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered two pairs of shoes as a birthday gift for my partner. One pair arrived, but the second never did—even after two weeks of waiting. Her birthday is tomorrow, and when I finally called (after a 30-minute hold), I was told the second pair was sold out. No one notified me of this earlier. I asked for a 50% discount so I could buy something else and have it overnighted.
