Doesn't tell you where to send the sample back & you don't have time to get it back before you are charged. They make you wait on hold for 40 min to talk to someone about it & then they disconnect you. Then if you get them again, they tell you they'll send an e-mail with info but there is NO address send it back to. I will have to cancel my card & reapply for a new one to get RID of this company. read full review »
