Hotel booking made in May and paid for by credit card for a week in Barcelona. Voucher sent to us and when we arrived in Barcelona, we were told that it had not been paid for by Bookinhotels and there were several people who had arrived with the similar story. No answer to telephone calls or emails and we are down about 425 Euros for the booking. Telephone numbers are in London and USA and neither number is answered in a decipherable language. They are still trading I believe and ripping people off. Can anything be done. I believe they started trading in2003 and thought they were reliable. read full review »
