My Customer Code: 1912379 Complaint no. has not been provided as there was some system error. I have booked a complaint stating that "Water leakage at the bottom of my washing machine and it is tearing my cloths" It tore almost 5 cloths. The complaint has been booked almost 1 month before and the service engineer has attended after 20-25 days.
