Ordered food at 1pm, expected delivery time given within 40 mins. Food never arrived till 1.40pm, when called at 2pm - "oh the food din't reach. will check and get back" was the reply from SUBWAY. Nobody calls again till 2.30 :( Furious at the person taking order I call again to check my order and I get the exact same reply. I request them to resend my order as its been 1.30 mins since i placed ordered :( Net net things went on for 2.20 mins and food finally got delivered at 3.20 pm.
