i ordered a drysuit, and paid £20.00 postage cost .This was to recieve item within 24 hours and £5.00 was paid to have parcel signed for this end .When parcel dident arrive i phoned dhl not realising i was building up a phone bill of £14.85 .I was told by dhl that the parcel had been delivered to me and that i had signed for it .Obviousely this was not true .I complained to dhl that i had not signed for parcel and asked for postmen to visit me, because he had reported to dhl that he definetely delivered my parcel to my home... read full review »
