I got my car Verna & Alto registered with SPEED DIAL roadside Help line service with their assistance phone nos. 43144314, Delhi on 10.9.2009 & paid the charges vide my reg. no. 14863 & 14864. After one week, my verna car got punctured. I called at their office & their staff assured me to provide help within 15-20 minutes, but alas, I kept on calling after each 15 minutes & there was no assistance for 105 minutes i.e. almost two hours.
