I bought a pair of Uggs on October 11th..since then i didn't receive anything. There is no way to get in touch with the website or the company, i sent several messages, and didn 't get any answer. I talked with my bank and as the payment was made on internet, impossible to cancel it..i'll have to talk to a lawyer and also see if there is any insurance.
