hi my name is jennifer i recently purchased the acai berry product with a free trail period of 15 days . it has been that period on monday and i have not recieved the product so i rang to cancel it. i had a lot of trouble trying to do this then i realised that you need a different area code when dailing out of australia. the code is 0011 put this number in front of the number they give you and you will get through but there hours are from 6pm to 6am EST. read full review »
