purchased directv for my parents for a christmas gift. they never received the dvr they were suppose to get. i've called into customer service quit a few times getting me no where. then they turned direc tv off for 3 days when i had already paid $90.00 when it was suppose to be 29.99 a month. i feel the way i have been treated and the was my parents have been treated and been unbelievable. I hope this is not the way you treat all your customers. and the way your custmer service talked is unexceptable. robin jeffries read full review »
